mental health & Wellness

Your Healthy Spine provides integrative care focusing on prevention and optimizing health. Mental Wellness is a cornerstone of this care.

What is mental health & Wellness

In caring for the body, we must also care for the mind.  Our minds help us make sense of the world around us and the changes it brings—when we tend to our minds we improve our lives and relationships.

Mental Health and Wellness is about tending to and caring for your state of mind, emotional needs, and thinking and feeling processes.

maintaining Mental health & Wellness

Mental Health is a critical component of our wellbeing. Whether it's our biology or experiences with stress, life transitions or difficult relationships, we can experience suffering in mind, body and spirit.

It is our belief that you can maintain mental wellness by mindfully and attentively caring for your mental health.

how we can help

We provide a supportive and therapeutic environment which promotes self-reflection and understanding, self-compassion, growth and transformation, and ultimately, meaningful personal experiences and relationships.

We will support and guide you through stress, life transitions, and changes, while also teaching therapeutic techniques and tools to achieve and maintain mental wellness.
