Keep on Cycling

We enjoy cycling because of all the benefits it has to our mind and body. But we also know that repetitive movement can lead to injuries that will keep us off and away from the bike. 

Don't worry! We have a movement and mobility strategy to make sure you can keep on cycling.

The Class

In this upcoming class, Dr. Ryan Silbernick will go over common injuries from cycling/spinning and demo some strategies to prevent them.

The class is hands-on so make sure you're ready to get on your hands and feet.*

You'll also get a chance to ask Dr. Ryan any questions you may have. Feel free to ask him about movement/mobility or our services, too.


Bring a yoga mat if you have one and wear comfortable, gym-like attire.

Oh, and bring a friend!


This class is free but donations are welcomed. Class proceeds will be donated to select nonprofit organizations. Nominate a nonprofit here.
