We enjoy cycling because of all the benefits it has to our mind and body. But we also know that repetitive movement can lead to injuries that will keep us off and away from the bike.
Don't worry! We have a movement and mobility strategy to make sure you can keep on cycling.
In this upcoming class, Dr. Ryan Silbernick will go over common injuries from cycling/spinning and demo some strategies to prevent them.
The class is hands-on so make sure you're ready to get on your hands and feet.*
You'll also get a chance to ask Dr. Ryan any questions you may have. Feel free to ask him about movement/mobility or our services, too.
This class is FREE to the public, but our clients take priority so please RSVP. Bring a yoga mat if you have one and wear comfortable, gym-like attire.
