Our bodies were meant to move well and often. Unfortunately some of us are bound to jobs that perhaps require us to sit at a desk for long periods of time.

Join our team as we teach proven methods and strategies to REVERSE the effects of being desk-bound.

In this free class we will discuss the effects sitting has on our bodies & how to implement movement systems to keep you healthy, well into your wise, sage years. 

This course is offered free to all. Bring a friend and a yoga mat (we have extras if you don't have one).
