Sip wine and learn how to use mobility tools correctly, apply detailed variations, and prep your body for the next workout. Self-myofascial release is a recovery method that has many benefits including:

• increased circulation
• heightened neurological function
• prevent injuries
• enhance performance
• reduce downtime

At the end of this class you will feel amazing and more importantly have a basic knowledge of mobility work!

Movement & Mobility

BUT what good is mobility if we don't put it to use? This class will also help you experience the connection between mobility care and movement. Our aim is to prevent common injuries that occur because of current posture trends. Our goal is to help you create a more mobile system through moving well and often.

Could You Benefit from Mobility Self-care?

If you answer yes to any of the following, then you need MOBILITY SELF-CARE. Do you...

Sit or stand long hours? Run? Hike? Lift weights? Practice yoga? Dance? Surf? Row? Bike? Skate? Play any sport (amateur or professional)? Chase after your kids or your partner? Do you move or not move enough? Do you have a body? We got carried away with that last one.

Class Details

First and foremost these classes are made with our clients in mind. They are ideal for those who are recovering from injuries or with limited mobility and other health concerns. However, they are interactive, exploratory, and fun.

Please wear comfortable gym attire and feel free to bring your favorite wine and a friend. Did someone say wine?!

Bring a foam roller and a yoga mat. If you don't have one, you can purchase or borrow one of ours. We will provide the rest of the tools.

We look forward to seeing you!

This class is free but donations are welcomed. Proceeds will be donated to a local charity. Thank you!
